TeachMe,LB is a boutique enrichment business where all ages and abilities are welcomed, celebrated, and equipped to thrive. Through thoughtfully designed, individual sessions and small group programming, we tailor our offerings to meet the unique needs and interests of our participants. From dance and sculpt fitness classes to play-based exploration, book clubs, and life skills development, TeachMe,LB invites you to learn, move and grow with us! This fall/winter we are moving into a new space which means: more room for enrichment offerings, new opportunities for connection and space to collaborate with local businesses and community partners in meaningful ways! At TeachMe, LB we know the importance of moving our bodies to keep a healthy and happy lifestyle. We offer a variety of classes, for both kids and adults, with guest teachers that are certified in different types of movement. We hope you'll join us and move your body, too!
